Docklands Outreach is a support service for children, young people and their parents and carers. We offer a range of therapeutic and practical support packages from talking therapies, street and community outreach, 1-1 parenting and group support, 1-1 advocacy support, workshops and training programmes.

The personal data we collect is from you approaching us for support, either by contacting us through our website, receiving a self or agency referral, taking part in our workshops or training programme.

We use the data we collect to review the services we provide you, the interventions we offer, which includes using data to improve our services and ensure that you are receiving the right treatment or intervention.

We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about opportunities.

 We collect the following information:

]’Personal data’ – e.g. names and e-mails - of people who sign up to our interventions, workshops or training programmes.

‘Personal data’ – e.g. names and e-mails - of people who complete a ‘contact form’, sign up for our workshops or who ask for information about our support services

‘Personal data’ – i.e. gender, location and economic, cultural and social identity data – and ‘Sensitive Personal Data’ – i.e. ethnic origin – of people who take part in some of our research activities, for example completing a survey questionnaire or an interview on their participation in our projects and our service evaluation questionnaires.

 How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to keep you up dated with our news and to promote opportunities. We also record when we have had an interaction with you so that team members know what is going on with you and can offer support if your contact is not in the office.

We do not share personal data without consent.

How to Access and Control Your Personal Data

You can request to view, edit or delete your personal data. You can always choose whether you wish to receive emails about our activities, SMS messages, telephone calls and postal mail from Docklands Outreach. You can also opt out from receiving interest-based information by emailing.
